It is important to the owner that he be able to fully use all handlebar positions. Most front bags reduce or eliminate the usefulness of the top section of the handlebars. Not here. Instead of mounting the front bag to the bars or stem, our quick release is part of the front rack itself, allowing us to position the front bag exactly where we wanted it, not in an inconvenient position.
